Customer Engagement Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regular customer accounts, handling daily operational matters.
- Resolve operational issues arising from the end-to-end sales process, including order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, and financial post-sales programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams, supply chain, logistics, and other functions to resolve customer support issues.
- Provide phone support through the Federal Helpdesk line.
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 0-2 years of related experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills to convey low to medium impact messages clearly to internal and external peers.
- Mastery in English and local language, with additional languages as required.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end sales operations process and local legal compliance issues.
