Job Summary

The Timken Company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing Human Resources processes, including Talent and Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and ensure it is translated into practical and prioritized HR tactics.
  • Work with functional managers to review and build management capability, ensuring development needs are captured and acted upon to produce high-performing teams.
  • Manage the Talent Management Process to ensure development of talent and address performance issues. Assist managers with Succession Planning for key positions.
  • Identify talent's needs and development gaps and provide training and development programs for employees.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition activity (sourcing and recruiting) for all vacancies and future-focused development of the talent pipeline.
  • Develop and manage Associate and Labor Relations strategies to support business objectives and ensure full compliance with legal regulations in Mexico and internal Timken policies and procedures.
  • Coach/mentor managers and supervisors on effective management, communication, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a similar career (certified).
  • Minimum 7 years as a Human Resources Generalist in the Manufacturing Industry.
