At Oshkosh Equipment Manufacturing S. De R.L. De C.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and coordinate training programs to meet the needs of our employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain training plans, programs, and records.
- Collaborate with production areas to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Plan and implement internal communication processes to keep employees informed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant human resources experience.
- Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, or training facilitator.
- Strong knowledge of STPS procedures and regulations.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Matrix skills and standardized training.
- Formation of high-performance and/or self-directed teams.
