Our salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Coordinator to join our team in Moulding Production. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track KPIs and ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet production targets.
  • Respond effectively to changes in production plans and communicate with team members to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.
  • Support supervisor in corrective actions and findings related to Safety GLS.
  • Aid in managing production floor responsibilities when the supervisor is absent.
