About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Coordinator to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our production plan and make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely completion of production targets;
  • Securing adequate resources for the production team to meet production plan requirements;
  • Responding efficiently to changes in production plans;
  • Maintaining a safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production environment;
  • Participating in daily production meetings and contributing to process improvements;
  • Supporting audit processes and participating in Lean activities assigned by management;
  • Aiding supervisors in corrective actions and supporting external claims;
  • Managing production floor duties when the supervisor is absent;
  • Reporting incidents promptly to relevant authorities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
