Production Process Coordinator

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Process Coordinator in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources in the production area to ensure efficient operation and quality control.
  • Manage information and reports for the molding area, making informed decisions to optimize safety, delivery, cost, and people performance.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and PPS analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Suggest and implement lean-related activities to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in manufacturing, plastics, or injection processes.
  • Excellent coordination and management skills, with ability to lead by example.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
  • Familiarity with office software, SAP, Power BI, and English language.
