Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Professional Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide support to Program Managers on daily activities, focusing on NPDS/EXCEL documentation and open items follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

As a Professional Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting NPDS/EXCEL documentation efforts
  • FOLLOWING UP ON OPEN ITEMS WITH CORE TEAM MEMBERS
  • Providing ON-FLOOR FOLLOW-UP of activities and agreements from operations/core teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Career experience: IID, IMA, IME, IMT, or others
  • Strong technical skills, including problem-solving, manufacturing process management, project management, concept design, prototyping, negotiating, communication, planning, developing reports, and action-oriented thinking
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • A strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles, with a commitment to creating a safe, respectful, fair, and inclusive work environment
What We Offer
