Position Overview:

This pivotal role within our Human Resources team is essential for attracting top-tier talent to our organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying candidates through diverse channels to successful onboarding. This individual will craft effective recruitment strategies based on market intelligence and insights, fostering strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, HR teams, and prospective candidates, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, to minimize reliance on external recruitment agencies. Manage senior-level recruitment as necessary and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business units, providing insights and updates on recruitment metrics, strategies to meet talent demands, and championing diversity initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies, selection criteria, and next steps.
  • Exemplify excellent customer service and mentor team members to ensure high-quality outputs, while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Independently manage complex recruitment challenges and participate actively in team meetings, serving as a subject matter expert to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead global talent acquisition projects as directed, coordinating activities such as interview events and career fairs, while ensuring timely achievement of project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment or corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to identify market trends and conduct thorough research.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates, preferably within the FMCG/CPG sector, and familiarity with social media recruitment techniques.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A well-connected professional with the ability to build strong relationships.
