About the Role

This is a key position within IDEMIA, responsible for driving the success of our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class strategies to attract and engage top talent, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage talent planning, forecasting future hiring needs and aligning hiring strategies with long-term workforce plans.
  • Partner with business and HR teams to understand job requirements and calibrate with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct job advertising and posting, developing job descriptions and posting on internal and external sites.
  • Manage talent screening, analyzing resumes, conducting screening interviews, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Facilitate assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral capabilities.
  • Build talent communities through representation at employment fairs, campus recruiting activities, and sourcing pipelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Seek market intelligence and trends to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessments, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Create and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Manage the ATS to track the recruitment process in real-time and enable reporting on recruiting performance and metrics.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews.
  • Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Engage and coach hiring managers to deliver an effective recruiting process.
  • Use data to influence stakeholders on their requirements versus market reality.
  • Understand the market within a specific field or niche field and build strategies to overcome difficulties.
  • Write compelling adverts to attract talent.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced conversational English essential.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices.
  • Familiarity with the tools and technologies used in recruiting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage communications with both internal and external people.
