Job Summary

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling, verifying, and tracking installations, as well as coordinating with warehouses and purchasing groups.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and verify installations
  • Coordinate last-minute requests for add-on materials or items
  • Communicate with customers to obtain approval for additional costs
  • Coordinate with warehouses and purchasing groups
  • Follow up on satisfaction tracking
  • Assist other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience
  • Advanced English language skills, including conversation and writing
  • Experience in customer service and interaction
  • Basic math skills for pricing, costing, and inventory management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
