Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our Financial Risk Management Division, you will play a critical role in providing risk analysis and consultancy to support risk-based decision-making and management advice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support on all transfer pricing issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop, review, and lead the implementation of new transfer pricing policies or revisions to existing policies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Identify transfer pricing opportunities within the organization and develop new initiatives and functions that support the Transfer Pricing Practice.
- Advise on transfer pricing aspects of business expansion, including entering into new countries, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
- Enhance governance and controls over existing and new transfer pricing calculation/execution, reporting/documentation processes.
- Provide transfer pricing documentation support in accordance with Saudi and global guidelines.
- Monitor transfer pricing regulations, cases in litigation, and other relevant tax laws to improve governance and controls over transfer pricing and manage related risk.
- Ensure the formulation and execution of Transfer Pricing solutions and provide advice to management on Transfer Pricing issues.
- Work closely with various teams in Law and Controllers organizations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct benchmarking studies for transactions occurred in Industry and support various transfer pricing projects upon request.
- A degree in Math or Business is required. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred, as well as completion of a professional credential in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA).
- Experience in Big 4 would be preferred.
- +5 years experience in international Transfer Pricing or a qualified tax professional with strong commercial acumen.
- +10 years of experience in transfer pricing, working closely with an in-house accounting/finance department.
- Capability and track record, in the practice and the use of business intelligence tools.
- Possess solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. A strong command of English is required. A strong command of classic Arabic is a plus.
- Capability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Meet tight deadlines and be comfortable briefing executives.
- Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, after 3 years of service, reward increases to 25% of base, after 6 years 30% of base, and after 12 years 35% of base.
- Severance Package (2-year vest period) – year 2 to 5: 2 week's pay for each year of service, Year 6+: 4 week's pay for each year after.
- Employment Tax – if employee chooses to separate themselves from their 'home country' for income tax purposes, most will not be required to pay 'home country' income taxes; company will not report income to the 'home country' governments. Please check with your tax advisor for specifics relating to you.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) (eligible after 12 months of service) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay with a cap, 20% share discount.
- Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance, approx. 1.8x monthly base salary.
- Travel Allowance – annual; approx. $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan – complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members. In-Kingdom dental services subsidized.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) – Out of Kingdom Assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets; undergraduate college-age children get 2 round-trip economy air travel tickets; In Kingdom Assistance: 2x monthly base salary or the company max ($16.3K).
- Settling in Allowance – one-time payment; Family Status - 100% of monthly base salary; Single/Bachelor Status – 60% of monthly base salary.
