Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience every time.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and escalate more complex issues.
- Utilize judgment and reasoning skills to solve problems and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field; or 2 years of experience in background screening or a regulated industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
