Job Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee and coordinate activities related to electrical panels, tool assembly, and production line installations. The primary goal is to ensure processes meet client specifications and standards, maintaining quality and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of electrical construction of panels, tools, and project/cell assembly based on approved schedules and client requirements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and qualitative standards in alignment with project(s)/work assigned.
  • Manage and update processes under responsibility for project development, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
  • Continuously manage and improve customer experience with our organization.
  • Lead assigned human team (associates, suppliers, and others), maintaining team stability and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising electrical projects and/or in similar roles.
  • Project Management knowledge and experience in Electrical Installation, electrical construction, programming, and PLC.
  • B2 level English proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, change management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • AUTO CAD Electrical Module and EPLAN software expertise.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This position will be located in Puebla, Mexico, with frequent travel throughout México.
