We are dedicated to enhancing the Seller experience and empowering LATAM Sellers to thrive in the US market through the Global Selling Program.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) delivers logistical services to third-party selling partners within our marketplace, extending to Mexico and beyond.

We manage product shipments on behalf of our partners and oversee the supply chain for customer returns.

Processes may be established or refined.

We are in search of a seasoned Program Manager to join the FBA Business team, focusing on developing solutions that assist FBA selling partners in scaling their operations on Amazon.

This role will be instrumental in formulating and executing programs that directly influence the experiences of both selling partners and customers.

The Program Manager will be responsible for crafting program plans, enhancing stakeholder communication, and coordinating critical operational processes and compliance implications for our organization.

Additionally, this position will entail aligning programs and roadmaps while collaborating with business and development teams across the organization to ensure comprehensive delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement new opportunities to further accelerate FBA growth and drive process enhancements in LATAM Global Selling.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the FBA process (both domestically and internationally). Identify gaps and opportunities, initiating impactful projects based on analysis.
  • Work independently on new or ambiguous initiatives, creating scalable solutions in a rapidly evolving landscape while focusing on customer needs.
  • Exhibit a high level of ownership to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks across various business groups.
  • Engage with key stakeholders regularly to review operational and business metrics, establishing processes and mechanisms to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Develop new programs and solutions, create roadmaps, and lead high-profile meetings to align project requirements, collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders, business groups, product managers, operations associates, and tech leads.
