Financial Analyst Role

Job Summary

Vitesco Technologies seeks a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Cuautla. As a key member of our Americas department, you will be responsible for managing business profitability through financial analysis and strategy implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost center accounting records
  • Analyze financial statements (P&L, BS, Cashflow) to inform business decisions
  • Forecast financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Track headcount and resource allocation
  • Plan and manage budgets, costs, and agility scenarios
  • Implement product costing and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Accounting background with experience in manufacturing companies
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP and Excel
  • Proactive and structured approach to work
  • Strong stress management and change management skills
  • Desirable skills in Power BI and Knime
