Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our production operations in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
  • Technical background in engineering or production, with experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
