About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT) in Spa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the wellness and spa industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen interest in spa management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various aspects of administration, including email correspondence, supplier coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate spa events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle operational and administrative duties, including training, evaluating, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining employees.
  • Assist in generating creative ideas for spa packages and wellness programs.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing insights into international and local trends in spa and wellness.
