About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT) in Spa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the wellness and spa industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen interest in spa management.

About the MIT Program:

The MIT program is a 12-month Rotational Program focused on learning and developing functional management skills in a variety of situations. As a MIT, you will support various aspects of administration, creative program development, and strategic initiatives within the spa department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in administrative tasks, including email correspondence, supplier coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate spa events and promotions by requesting BEO and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle Department Standard Testing, HotSOS calls, and Medallia responses.
  • Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Assist in generating creative ideas for spa packages and wellness programs.
  • Contribute to the creation of a promotional calendar for spa services and products.
  • Support the execution of engaging content for social media platforms related to spa and wellness.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing insights into international and local trends in spa and wellness.
  • Present analytics to evaluate the performance of spa initiatives and promotions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic spa marketing plans.
