- Collaborate with other departments to resolve homeowner issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the Accounting system.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (1 year)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly personality
