Job Summary:

Te Connectivity is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support, advising on technical aspects, and driving design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.
  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to generate high-quality opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.
  • Nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (e.g. Engineering/ Business/ Marketing).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and another language.
  • Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
  • Energized by a desire to help and connect with people.
