Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Paystand, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the FinTech industry. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and consistently achieving a quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information
- Pre-qualify opportunities by business size, staffing needs, and volume
- Utilize sales tools to manage accounts through the top-of-the-funnel sales cycle
- Deliver white glove service, articulate the value proposition, and build rapport through effective communication
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency, organization, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to understand a target audience and identify the right prospects
- Highly motivated and willing to take intelligent risks
