We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Paystand, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the FinTech industry. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and consistently achieving a quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information
  • Pre-qualify opportunities by business size, staffing needs, and volume
  • Utilize sales tools to manage accounts through the top-of-the-funnel sales cycle
  • Deliver white glove service, articulate the value proposition, and build rapport through effective communication

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency, organization, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to understand a target audience and identify the right prospects
  • Highly motivated and willing to take intelligent risks
