Regional Director, Production Control and Logistics, Americas

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to oversee Production Control and Logistics (PCL) activities for a leading global business with a diverse portfolio of manufacturing facilities across the Americas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive world-class performance in all key metrics: customer On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), regular and premium freight, inventory adjustments, and Excess and Obsolete (E&O) management.

• Lead the planning process to ensure volume/mix execution and maintain a best-in-class customer delivery process.

• Execute recovery actions to address constraints and handle supplier escalations related to deliveries.

• Coordinate and execute quarterly and annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Standardize lessons learned and best practices across the region to drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and execute new product launches, including raw material and finished goods, to meet customer demands.

• Plan revenue based on customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop a world-class team among direct and indirect reports to elevate organizational performance and drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of success.

• Expertise in supplier and customer negotiations to drive mutually beneficial agreements.

• Strong financial skills with a Profit and Loss (P&L) approach to drive business decisions.

• Data-driven with advanced analytics experience to inform business strategies.

• Proficient in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Multi-plant experience, with over 5 years as a multi-site manager, to drive consistency and efficiency.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support business needs.
