Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices

A Day in the Life
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our logistics sites, overseeing daily operations and driving process improvements. Your focus will be on owning and driving a culture of safety and upholding quality and shift performance standards. You will also mentor new managers and provide guidance to your team.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the customers' hands. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like Amazon Fresh and Prime Now.

Requirements

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
