Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for contract administration? We're seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and compare WBD barter line-ups and program schedules to resolve scheduling discrepancies.
  • Input and track Proposals (Field Orders) in our Stars system.
  • Complete New Contract Orders/Change Orders.
  • Analyze Nielsen's program line-ups to determine if programs were correctly measured.
  • Prepare fully executed e-mails for signed License Agreements and Amendments.
  • Follow up with station clients to obtain signed documentation.
  • Assist with gathering time period and barter information from television stations and cable networks.
  • Generate operation reports and notify departments of sudden time period changes.
  • Maintain records and files.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of system applications.
  • Experience with handling large volumes of data and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word & Adobe.
  • Knowledge of contractual clauses and how they affect contracts.
