About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury properties to group customers, including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-value group customers and negotiate contracts to secure bookings.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of group events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hotel group sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
