Are you an expert in Human Resources looking for a challenging opportunity? Danfoss GmbH is seeking a seasoned HR Employee Life Cycle Team Lead to oversee the entire employee lifecycle process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 6 Coordinators & Specialists in North and Latin America, focusing on daily activities related to Employee Life Cycle Data, including preboarding, payroll preparation, data management, offboarding, metrics, and team development.
  • Manage daily tasks, emphasizing performance, service quality, transaction accuracy, key metrics, coaching, and staff development.
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure full customer issue resolution, guaranteeing timely and accurate data services.
  • Train team members on policies and maintain compliance documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Own data metrics and processes, implementing improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to keep knowledge bases up-to-date, maintaining a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in HR and 3 years in management. Strong skills in knowledge of HR regulations, bilingualism (English, Spanish), sound judgment, problem-solving, professionalism, discretion, excellent communication skills, passion for working with people, analytical and conflict resolution skills, high motivation, and positive energy are essential.
