Job Title: HR Testing Lead

Ingredion Global Business Services, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a highly skilled HR Testing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading testing and quality assurance efforts for our HR applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and standards for HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business requirements
  • Manage testing activities, including test planning, resource allocation, and issue management
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Vendor teams to plan and execute testing activities
  • Lead a team of testing professionals to deliver high-quality testing services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance for software applications
  • 1+ years of experience as a testing lead
  • Multi-lingual fluency: Advanced English (Required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Shared Services, or Operations
  • Experience testing HR data/reports, defining data audits, and driving data quality
  • Significant HR process knowledge in Core HR and Employee Data Administration, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation
  • 2+ years of experience testing with modern HCM solutions such as Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM, ServiceNow HRSD
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
