Job Summary

The HSE Advisor is a critical role at Trouw Nutrition, responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HSE management system, providing guidance and support to management and employees, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address HSE concerns and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, safety, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HSE, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to HSE challenges.
