Maintenance Manager Job Description

About the Role

The Maintenance Manager is a critical position within our Signal & Power Solutions segment, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of advanced manufacturing equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all production machinery operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, implementing preventive maintenance programs and staying abreast of technological advancements.
  • Maintain machines and facilities in good condition, providing timely and effective maintenance, and fostering good relations between departments.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies without compromising quality.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, promote employee development, and conduct feedback sessions and lessons learned.
  • Implement and follow up on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14000 standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • English language proficiency of 80% minimum.
