The Role

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the total purchases and procurement segment of the supply chain, ensuring compliance with best practices and business goals. As an area leader, this individual will establish and continuously improve the procurement process, aiming for best practices and eliminating compliance risk for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and implement procurement strategies for all company supplies (Direct and Indirect Expenditure)
  • Accountable for supply chain improvements, including MOQ, WALT, TDC, Credit terms, etc. to deliver goals of Service, Savings, and inventory
  • Guarantee the adoption and compliance of the purchases policy and processes
  • Promote the best use of company resources through the correct implementation of a supplier development process and contracts management
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, budget, and quality standards
