Ikea Store Financial Management

The Sr. Accountant will play a vital role in steering the business towards sustained long-term profitability, securing financial business performance, and compliance with policies and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store BNOM and store teams in navigating growth and optimal performance.
  • Executing administrative tasks, financial reporting, budget monitoring, and information production.
  • Providing performance insights to commercial departments to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Managing procurement processes and contracts with suppliers.
  • Leading monthly financial reporting and ensuring accurate invoice management.
  • Monitoring the store budget and providing updates to store management.
  • Communicating store performance KPIs and providing user-friendly business information.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to read and communicate in fluent English.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of customer experience processes and group accounting principles.
