Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll processing, ensuring correct payment in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Validate and pay INSS, IR, and FGTS taxes; DIRF
  • Pay salaries and taxes
  • Support projects involving payroll
  • Work on eSocial regulation and follow updates
  • Develop procedures, flows, and indicators for payroll processes
  • Work on improving simplification and automation of payroll processes
  • Propose and implement process improvements ensuring information security and legal compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Contability, or related fields
  • Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative processes
  • 80% fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written skills)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Payroll Tax and Payments Analyst Desirables:
  • 2+ years of experience in Brazilian Payroll Tax
  • Knowledge in DCTFWeb
  • 1+ years of experience in SAP
