Job Summary:

The Change Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of product lifecycle management at Vertiv Group Corp. This position involves coordinating updates to product details and material specifications, collaborating with various departments to streamline and optimize the product lifecycle process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, manage, and expedite Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Notices (ECNs) to ensure compliance with procurement and engineering standards.
  • Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to set up new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and update Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Collaborate with corporate process owners to refine SKU releases and enhance Change processes, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Train engineering teams on SKU requests and BOM modifications, facilitating cross-functional communication to synchronize product changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering change management, technical, or product/service management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams and locations.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, change management, or product development is highly desirable.
