The LATAM Creator Marketing Manager plays a key role in establishing Red Bull as a strong consumer-focused brand through its Creator Marketing Program. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing regional strategies for working with Creators, ensuring we follow global guidelines and collaborate with the right profiles to maximize outcomes through consistent brand & product integration.

This position can be based in Mexico City or São Paulo.

Responsibilities
  • Areas of Focus:
  • Create a regional strategy for the Creator Marketing Program, owning all tools used for onboarding, training, communication, and monitoring creators.
  • Work closely with markets and global teams to ensure efficient collaboration and adherence to the global strategy.
  • Guarantee seamless and credible product integration into everyday life for creators across the region.
  • Support various business areas from Product Expert Program to Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise to amplify marketing initiatives aligned with their interests.
  • Collaborate with markets to identify suitable creator profiles and workflows for different program tiers.
  • Educate markets/regional teams while serving as a subject matter expert on the topic across the entire business.
  • Maximize local creators' initiatives within regional channels.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene in LATAM.
  • Previous experience working professionally within the Creators / Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media, and event production.
  • History of working with creators, contracts, and content creation, as well as dealing with brand partnerships.
  • Clear understanding of global entertainment, creators' industry, including legal aspects.
  • Good marketing and country relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.), presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, open to new ideas.
  • Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills, coupled with the ability to work in a team.
  • A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly.
  • 25–50% travel availability (varies along the year).
  • Team player, creative, communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine, networker, innovative, and self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and focused on delivering results.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar fields.
