Job OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven individual to join our Restaurant Acquisition Team in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the acquisition strategy of restaurants in our existing cities, analyzing market metrics, and providing support to our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities- Define the type of restaurants to acquire in each city based on market penetration, food category penetration, and population density.
- Analyze which restaurants should be prioritized by our commercial team from our database.
- Support the commercial team with strategy, rules, and goal completions.
