About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Director to join our team at Avature. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by cultivating the skills and leadership capabilities of our most valuable asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Impact: Be a strategic partner in fostering a culture of continuous learning, anticipating future skill requirements, and designing cutting-edge learning solutions that align with our business objectives and fuel our ambitious growth plans.
  • Talent Development: Define, implement, and champion Avature's global learning vision and strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and HR partners, ensuring the development of a world-class learning culture.
  • Innovation and Engagement: Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, leveraging a blend of traditional, digital, and experiential approaches, and stay ahead of the curve in learning trends and technologies to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Leadership Development: Lead the development and execution of learning programs for key talent and executives, fostering a pipeline of future leaders equipped to navigate the complexities of the industry.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to foster a culture that embraces continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development at all levels, and lead, mentor, and empower a team of learning professionals, fostering their growth and development.
