  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the Mid Market sales landscape, with experience leading full-cycle sales initiatives.
  • Coaching and Development: Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with a focus on outbounding and sales strategy.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Self-starter with a continued growth mindset, able to adapt to changing sales environments and learn new skills.
