Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage supplier capability assessments, including planning, conducting, and compiling assessment outcomes.
- Conduct on-site assessments of supplier performance, focusing on supply chain and planning processes.
- Evaluate supplier demand planning, sales and operations planning, production and inventory planning, procurement planning, and supplier management processes.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities for supplier supply chain processes and governance, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to track and resolve recurring supplier issues and risks.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 3 years of experience in coaching teams.
- Knowledge of key systems and tools used in planning environments, including sales forecasting, ERP, and MRP.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to link capability assessment outcomes to business objectives.
- 70% travel requirements.
