America Steel Trade Corporation is a leading international trading company based in North Miami, Florida. Our team specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American Markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Develop and implement contract strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk. Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to post-execution activities. Identify and assess legal and business risks associated with contracts and agreements. Prepare monthly analysis for the purchasing and sales departments. Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to reach mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts and agreements adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operations in trading companies. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
