Talent Development and Learning Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development and Learning Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development and training programs to foster professional growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global talent teams, HR business partners, and business leaders to implement global strategic talent activities in the region.
- Manage global learning and development programs, including training transaction support and system administration.
- Translate global training materials and corporate trainings, schedule, and facilitate sessions in local languages.
- Deploy, activate, and manage the Learning Management System, providing system administration support and navigating system reports.
- Create and manage knowledge articles related to talent development.
- Provide complex query consulting in Service Now, summarizing and escalating frequent questions to enhance knowledge transformation.
- Promote and sustain Inclusion & Diversity practices, embedding core culture-led behaviors in workshops and communication.
- Support global M&A talent and learning development integration.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable university with a Human Resources or similar background.
- Relevant HR functional experience of 3 years, ideally in Talent, L&D, HR generalist, or similar functional expertise areas with a multi-national organization.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction, and collaborative by nature with strong people skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership on execution multiple tasks with a high drive for results.
- Proven digital literacy competence for Microsoft software (PPT/Word/Excel) and Zoom meetings.
- Good command of English as a working language.
- French language (desirable).
