About the Role:
Fritz Dräxlmaier GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller Assistant to support the Plant Controller Senior in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. This role involves ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, supporting month-end closing activities, and preparing factor calculations for the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely support to the Plant Controller Senior in maintaining financial records and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and account postings.
- Assist in preparing factor calculations for the Americas, including budget vs. actual reporting.
- Support all plant controlling efforts, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist in the annual inventory take as Internal Auditor.
- Ensure routing updates in internal systems, including Host and SAP.
- Maintain Cost Center master data in SAP and internal systems.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation and upload to internal systems.
- Maintain statistical key figures in SAP for allocation and distribution cycles.
- Maintain machine master data reports.
- Help with the download of plant reports, including plan vs. actual information.
- Approve purchase requisitions, travel requests, and personnel requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
- Proficiency in Excel.
