We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Accounting Specialist to support the Plant Controller Senior with various administrative tasks and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Month-End Closing Activities: Assist in ensuring accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks related to month-end closing.
- Factor Calculation and Reporting: Support the preparation of factor calculation (Man and Machine) for the Americas, including factor budget vs actual reporting and additional reports to the Management team.
- Plant Controlling Efforts: Support all plant controlling efforts, including budgeting/forecasting, and assist in the Annual inventory take as Internal Auditor as required.
- System Maintenance: Ensure routing updates in internal systems like Host and SAP, and maintain Cost Center master data in SAP and internal systems.
- Budget and Forecast Preparation: Assist in budget and forecast preparation and help upload it into internal systems (SAP, Cockpit, and TM1).
- Statistical Key Figures: Maintain statistical key figures in SAP for allocation and distribution cycles in SAP CO and FI.
- Machine Master Data Report: Maintain the machine master data report.
- Plant Reports: Help with the download of plant reports and plan against actual information on a monthly basis.
- Approval of Requests: Approve purchase requisitions, travel requests, and personnel requests in a timely manner, providing 'budgeted yes/no' information if required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Language: Advanced level of English.
