About the Role

The Workday Success Plans Team is dedicated to enhancing our customers' experiences throughout their post Go-Live journey. We design programs aimed at maximizing business value derived from Workday applications. This team is responsible for delivering a diverse range of programs and services, from feature demonstrations to comprehensive feature deployments. Responsibilities

The Workday Success Plans team collaborates directly with customers through targeted microconsulting engagements to address their business needs utilizing the Workday application. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, guide them through configurations, and provide feature demonstrations. Your expertise will enable customers to benefit from your insights, identify critical considerations, and highlight best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research to comprehend customer inquiries and related Workday concepts.
  • Delivering small-scale consulting in response to customer requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips.
  • Troubleshooting product configurations to resolve issues or optimize configurations to meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively communicating responses and demonstrating value to customers.
  • Creating and delivering presentations on utilizing Workday features to achieve business objectives (Accelerator Webinars).
  • Providing one-on-one consulting to expedite customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
  • Reviewing customer environments to identify opportunities for enhanced feature adoption (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
  • Maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications while staying informed about the Workday roadmap.
  • Keeping abreast of industry practices and engaging customers on relevant topics.
  • Contributing to the development of new programs to enhance customer feature adoption.

Additional Services

In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, our professionals also provide other Customer Enablement services, such as:

  • Office Hours for appointment-based consulting engagements, offering guidance and product expertise.
  • Conducting configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables highlighting optimization opportunities.
  • Providing personalized customer configuration designs.
  • Managing deployments, including comprehensive deployment of Workday features.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • 2+ years of experience in software consulting.

Other Qualifications

  • Workday Certification in HCM and ideally one of the following: Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand Workday concepts as new features are introduced.
  • Skill in simplifying complex concepts into understandable presentations for clients.
  • Capability to multitask and manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to comprehend complex technical process issues and facilitate decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
