The CEIG offers a variety of products that facilitate Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software, such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). These tools enhance resource allocation, reduce costs, improve supply-chain efficiency, and support decision-making through real-time data for the enterprise market.

The Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in assisting customer deployments of Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and OPC. This role involves configuring applications to align with specific business processes of clients. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining essential system documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and configuration worksheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in 20% analysis and 80% technical tasks, leveraging product knowledge for advanced design, configurations, and integrations tailored to client needs.
  • Identify issues, explore alternatives through testing and collaboration with peers, prepare presentations, and achieve consensus within the implementation team to execute timely and effective solutions.
  • Draft Business, Functional, and System Requirement documents.
  • Configure enterprise applications and business processes.
  • Facilitate end-to-end business process testing of the Unifier application prior to user acceptance testing.
  • Support the design and development of comprehensive solutions to fulfill client requirements.
  • Lead and guide configuration resources.
  • Deliver training materials as necessary.
  • Prepare hand-off and customized project training documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work directly with clients at their locations.
  • Exhibit consulting skills, including the ability to manage deadlines and synthesize information effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience with Unifier is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 EPP is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to follow through on all projects.
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability, open to learning from experiences.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing or consulting experience.
  • Experience in enterprise software implementation within a software company.
  • Previous experience with Oracle CRM, ERP, and HRM systems is advantageous.

This position operates independently to deliver high-quality work products. The role encompasses a variety of complex tasks requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technologies that meet client needs. The consultant applies Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and best practices to deliver functional and technical solutions for moderately complex client engagements. This role may involve leading project teams and engaging with client management, as well as participating in business development initiatives.
