**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at Koch Global Services in Guadalajara. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the purchasing process, efficient PO tracking, supplier onboarding support, management initiatives support, and procurement stakeholder support.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Partner with customers to understand their requirements and validate purchase requisitions, request for and review quotes.

• Execute the procurement process, including the placement of Purchase Orders (PO) and follow-up on POs for material delivery, PO closing, and disputes resolution.

• Develop partnerships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of POs, receiving acknowledgments, and following up on lead times.

• Support management initiatives and ensure that processes align with the Procurement strategy.

• Execute less planned purchases or spot buys, sourcing and negotiating Hardware/Software & Technology related Purchases and Renewals.

• Ensure Transactional Excellence for all purchases, including Catalog/non-catalog Hardware & Software Goods and Services.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organization's needs and standards.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or similar.

• Previous experience in procurement, minimum 1 year.

• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply process.

• Teamwork and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.

• Fluent English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Knowledge of COUPA system.

• IT procurement experience or system engineer bachelor degree.

• Portuguese language.
