Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Oracle, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees 24/7/365. This role involves resolving technical questions and issues related to system hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to employees via phone, web, or chat
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
- Collaborate with others to resolve complex issues
- Research and resolve un-resolved issues
- Record events and problems in logs
- Pass on feedback and suggestions to internal teams
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Service Desk analyst
- Ability to diagnose and resolve general technical issues
- Good analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix hardware, windows, and applications issues
- Proven experience and knowledge in at least four of the following areas: Windows OS, macOS, Cloud Infrastructure, IT Security, and Powershell
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong customer skills and communication skills in English and Spanish
This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and requires working from our office location. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an environment providing 24/7/365 support.
