Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our team as a Director of Software Engineering. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing multiple teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple teams of software engineers to deliver game-changing technologies
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry
  • Collaborate with product leaders to define the technology roadmap and architecture
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse technology platforms and projects to build scalable applications
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes

Requirements:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development
  • At least 7 years of experience in people management
  • At least 5 years of experience with AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 13+ years of experience in software development
  • 8+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile practices
  • 7+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
