We are seeking a Customer Growth Specialist to join our team at Nextiva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

About the Position
  • This role will focus on developing and executing plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • English Fluency (verbal & written) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role is required.
  • Prior experience in B2B customer-facing roles and technology-related industries is preferred.
