DiDi Global is seeking a talented Retention and Growth Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven credit card lifecycle marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM marketing, marketing, lifecycle management, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications.
- Developing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Mapping customer journeys and automating lifecycle marketing efforts to drive key user actions.
- Leveraging segmentation and personalization to create targeted, data-driven marketing strategies.
