About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Reckitt. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth for our hygiene and nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG or consumer goods sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a positive 'can-do' approach
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
